Among his many feats, Mr. Feasey considers his greatest achievement has been assisting in the sale of Ranger Insurance Brokers by Arthur J. Gallagher in 2012. He is also proud to have maintained many loyal customers throughout his 30 years of work. With this in mind, Mr. Feasey attributes his success to great mentorship, which includes his colleagues and his father, who also worked in insurance, as well as his education at the University of Manitoba, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Russian history and macroeconomics in 1992.

Looking toward the future, Mr. Feasey aims to slow down and explore a reduced role at Arthur J. Gallagher Canada Limited before settling into retirement. He aims to consult on sales strategy and look after a smaller book of business, while also finding time to write and publish books on insurance. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, sports, gardening and traveling. His advice to fellow members in his industry is to be a lifelong learner and take your work seriously but never take yourself seriously.
